With all the latest password leaks from LinkedIn, MySpace, and any company that has not yet come forward, it is the time to get smart with your passwords. If you are like most people and you use the same password over and over, all it takes is one breech and you're in big trouble! You already know that you should be using a different password for each site but the thing is that it is so hard to remember all those passwords! Instead of writing them down, we recommend using a password manager like Last Pass. The manager will remember all your passwords for you and all you have to remember is the master password of the site. Master passwords are encrypted on your system-not theirs- and a 2 factor authentication alerts you with a text to any big changes.
"I've been meaning to back up", is the cry of someone who just lost all of their photos. Thinking about backing up does not help with data security. Once the data is gone...it's gone. With the new cloud back up options there really is no reason to put this off any longer. We can help you with your back ups.
There you go...3 things you can do to help the health of your computer. Accept this challenge and opening your email will be a pleasure, your passwords will be smart and easy to find, and your precious memories will be safe.
