We became very frustrated with our Mac when start-ups and downloads were taking several minutes instead of the seconds that we were used to. I wanted to add my experience with David Trifiro and Layer 2 Computer Solutions. Basically, I will recommend them to anyone with PC problems! I had disc problems on a Friday night, spent several hours then and Saturday. I am a retired computer professional, and have always resolved problems myself. I am very active in a number of charitable and senior services groups, and depend heavily on my PC. By Sunday, it was getting worse, and I emailed Mr. Trifiro. He came by Monday Noon, and by Wednesday morning I had a new disc, new operating system, and all my critical files. I was up and running again!
