Green Check: Your computer was online and all checks were passed.
Gray Check: Your computer was offline most of the day and all checks were still passed.
Red X: Your computer failed one or more checks. This could be anything from an update didn't install yet to a service in the background stopped working and was restarted.
Gray X: Your computer failed one or more checks and was offline for most of the day.
If you see a few days with x's then a check mark, that generally means your computer had an update that was being installed. Sometimes these updated take a while to get installed or the computer needed to be rebooted.
Depending on the software installed some computer may have more X's then others. Like the example above "Diane-Laptop-PC" had some software that "David-Desktop" did not have.
