While much of our work is handled remotely or at your location, we recognize that sometimes it's simply easier to drop off your devices for repair. That's where our partner facility at Ohio Sports Academy steps in.

At this location, you'll find a friendly office worker ready to assist you at the front desk. They'll give you a form to detail your contact information and device issue, then securely store your device until one of our techs can take a look.

We aim to offer quick turnaround times, usually diagnosing issues within one business day. Once we've assessed the problem, we'll provide you with a repair estimate. The time it takes to complete repairs depends on the complexity and any necessary parts.Common tasks dropped off here include troubleshooting laptops, replacing fans or other hardware, transferring data to new devices, general updates & cleanups.

Plus, our partner facility boasts extended hours to better accommodate your schedule. While Layer 2 Computers operates from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, Ohio Sports Academy is open from 9am to 8:30pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
