Network Upgrade and Clean Up

A clean network runs fast, is more efficient, and is easier to troubleshoot. This client is one of our fully managed clients and when we first signed on with them, they needed a network cleanup and upgrade. Since this hospitality client is a country club with a restaurant and golf course, this type of work is always performed off-peak hours or after hours. We replace the switch with a newer and faster one, shortened all ethernet cables, and also clean up the rack.

In the event of an issue on their network, we now have the ability to easily track down issues for users. Thus reducing downtime! We also performed a Voice over IP (VOIP) upgrade shortly after and this upgraded network was installed. There have been no issues since!
