Goal: This will walk you through how to read and understand the Security Awareness Training and Phishing Simulation reports.

There are two reports included: the Performance-Report.pdf and the Phishing-Report.pdf. Here's a breakdown of each report:

Performance-Report.pdf:

  1. The number of users enrolled in phishing campaigns and training campaigns.
  2. The number of phishing emails sent in a month.
  3. Percentage of users who clicked on a simulated phishing email this month. If you see a trend of a user always clicking on the simulated phishing emails this may signal it is time to sit down with this employee and help train them.
  4. The number of security awareness training courses assigned this month.
  5. The number of users who completed this month's training. This is important because most, if not all, Cyber Security Insurance plans require ongoing training for users regarding phishing and security awareness training.
  6. Number of users who completed all assigned training in the last twelve months.

Phishing-Report.pdf:

  1. Detailed information about the specific phishing simulation emails sent.
  2. Performance metrics of users regarding these phishing emails.

If you have any questions or need help digesting these reports please reach out to us.
