This will walk you through how to remove an old configuration file from your computer so it doesn't show up. Make sure you make a note of the working VPN configuration name. You can follow the steps below to delete all configuration files that are not needed.
- Launch open VPN
- Right click on the OpenVPN icon next to where the click is and click on Settings
- Click on the Advanced tab at the top and note the configuration path
- Use file explorer to find the path and delete the configuration folder you do not want to use
