Set Default Signature In Outlook

Goal: This guide will set your signature up as the default for new and replies.

  1. In outlook click on New Message
  1. Click on Signature
  1. Click on Signature...
  2. Once you have your signature created select the signature in the "New message" and "Replies/Forward" box.
  1. Click OK to save the settings.
