5 Things to look out for with your current IT provider

1. Slow or No Response - Do you get a response in a timely manor?
2. Extended Downtime - When does time does occur how long is it? Can you recovery quickly?
3. Verify Backups - Are you sure your data backups are functional and is that verified?
4. Seeing or Meeting - Do you see or meet with your current IT support on a regular basis outside of when a problem comes up?
5. Geek Speak Overload - Are you talking to like a geek when really you just need a human?
