One of the questions we get a few times every week is:
"Are you still located at 270 Hiawatha Trail in Springboro?"
Our answer is ..."Sorta."
That is still our official business address, but if you're expecting to see a traditional computer repair shop, you'll be surprised.
Our partner facility is Ohio Sports Academy, so instead of a waiting room full of computers, you'll likely see families heading to tumbling classes. It's definitely not your typical IT office and we understand why it catches people off guard.
This setup has actually worked really well for us over the years. While our technicians are out supporting customers onsite and remotely, Ohio Sports Academy provides a secure, convenient place for scheduled equipment drop offs. Their extended hours also make it much easier for many of our clients to bring equipment by before or after typuical work hours.
The biggest thing we'd like everyone to know is this: Please give us a call before dropping anything off. You will have the chance to speak to someone and determine the if we're able to help and the best way to troubleshoot, whether that be a future appointment or dropping off your equipment. We have a dedicated workspace and storage area inside the facility, but it isn't a retail storefront. There isn't a technician sitting at a front counter waiting for walk-in visitors, and our workspace isn't set up for customers to wait while repairs are completed.
Most of our bench work happens between remote support sessions and onsite appointments, which are primarily for our managed business clients and monthly service subscribers. That flexibility is one of the reasons we're able to provide the level of service we do, but it also means unexpected walk-ins can't always be accommodated.
When we request that you drop off your equipment, the process is easy. Just stop at the Ohio Sports Academy front desk and their team will help check your equipment in. We especially appreciate their office staff for helping with check ins and pick ups. They make the process simple for everyone and we couldn't do it without them.
So... are we still at 270 Hiawatha Trail?
Sorta.
It's still the home of our business address and partner drop off facility, but it's not a traditional computer repair shop with technicians available for walk-in service. Give us a quick call first and we'll make sure your visit goes as smoothly as possible.
