If you’ve worked with us before, you probably know that we offer a convenient drop-off option through our partner facility at Ohio Sports Academy in Springboro. It’s been a great setup that gives you flexible hours since we do not offer a traditional storefront.
As we’ve grown (especially on the business side), we’re making a small tweak to how drop-offs work to keep things running smoothly for everyone.
What’s Changing
Moving forward, we’re asking that you give us a quick call before dropping off your device.
This isn’t a strict, “you must be here at exactly 2:15 PM” kind of thing. Think of it more like a heads-up or soft scheduling.
Why the Change?
We want to make sure your computer doesn’t just sit in line waiting longer than it needs to.
As the business side of our business grows it means our techs’ schedules can fill up pretty quickly. When devices show up unexpectedly, it can be tough to jump on them right away.
By calling ahead, we can:
- Make sure a tech is available soon after your drop-off
- Plan time to work on your device
- Keep turnaround times as quick as possible
What to Expect
When you call, we’ll:
- Get a quick idea of what’s going on
- Let you know a good window to drop off
- Make sure everything is lined up on our end
From there, you can still enjoy the same easy drop-off process at Ohio Sports Academy.

What to expect when you arrive:
When you walk in, the front desk is immediately on your left. One of the awesome OSA team members will help you get checked in and have you fill out a quick informational form that stays with your device so our techs have everything they need.
Hours for drop-off:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Daytimes are less busy with OSA classes, but evenings are still ok for drop offs.
A Couple Quick Tips
- If you’re dropping off a laptop, please include the power cord
- No need to bring extras like keyboards, mice, or other peripherals unless we specifically ask for them
